Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for clinical trial stakeholders using modern front-end frameworks
• Collaborate with statistical engineers to integrate R-based tools into scalable web applications
• Develop and maintain efficient databases to manage user activity and application artifacts
• Build and deploy complex analytical web applications with robust client-server state management
• Implement secure authentication and page routing for enterprise-grade applications
• Create and maintain automated end-to-end testing within a CI/CD pipeline
• Engage with end users to gather feedback and translate needs into technical solutions
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in product design and development
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including agile methodologies and code reviews
• Contribute to solving complex technical challenges with a solution-oriented mindset

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and deploying impactful software applications
• Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and React for front-end development
• Skilled in Python for back-end development and RESTful API design using frameworks like Flask or Django
• Experience with modern testing tools and CI/CD automation (e.g., Cypress, Jest, Mocha)
• Proficient in database design and management using PostgreSQL or similar systems
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

Desirable Requirements

• Experience using R and R Shiny for data visualization and analytical applications
• Understanding of regulatory standards such as GxP and principles of computer system validation
